Small Business Compliance Assistance (SBCA) is a premier development association who provides assistance to small businesses facing non-compliance issues under FDA regulations.  Our unique services of compliance solutions save start-up and small businesses from prison and bankruptcy that may lead to non-compliance concerns.

Our key activities will provide:

  • Production and counseling help for medical devices and other products regulated by 97 FDA industries
  • Assist research institutions and companies in the application for grants
  • Provide pre-paid network assistance through launching of FDA regulatory and compliance protection plans

  1. Acquisition Land and Development Lot A = 811 Acres   Lot B – 1550 Acres Development Hydroponic Farm, Residential and Mixed-use Industrial, Commercial Hydroponics – 1 job per 50 units – Approximately 1000 units / 50 = 20 Employees
  2. Solar Farm Development and Alternate energy & MFR & Distribution – 10,000 Sq.’ – 10 employees
  3. Construction of 25 SFH & 50 Apartments
  4. Residential, 100,000 Sq.’ Warehouse (Fulfillment) First-time – down payment Assistance Median Housing & Affordable – 25
  5. Liaison between all government agencies – beneficial toward our goals – gaining incentives
  6. Goal of Meeting – “Made In Alabama”
    Business model – $100,000,000 Capitalization, 3 year plan (See Chart)

  8. Partner with Development activities of airfield for greater commercial activity and logistics.
